How long will my order take to finish?
With media transfers (film/VHS/audio) we typically ask between 2-3 weeks, sooner or later depending on our current workload. Photography services (prints, scans, editing, etc.) take around 3-14 days, depending on the project and time needed for editing.
Do we buy or sell equipment or older materials?
No we do not!
As interesting as it is to collect those old cameras and such, we do not buy or sell any equipment at this time.
What happens to my originals?
They are yours to keep! We return all original items back to you after you order is completed.
Is an appointment required to drop off an order?
To drop off an order or pick up after your project is completed, you do not need an appointment! Just come on by during our business hours and someone will be able to assist you.
Do you convert VHS Tapes, 8mm film ,etc.?

Do you physically restore old photos?
No, we do not physically alter the original photo you bring in for restoration!
A high resolution scan is taken of the image and then it is digitally restored and then reproduced!
Is it possible to run a tape that has been damaged?
This depends on the type of damage and the extent! We are able to work on and repair various forms of tapes.
Do you keep a backup from previous orders?
Yes! For how long we store previous orders does depend on type of order.
At the minimum, projects are stored for at least 6 months!
Can we repair your camera?
Nope, we do not do any camera repairs! For this, we recommend looking into contacting the manufacturer of the camera you have. Most companies have great support for when something goes wrong with their cameras.
Do you do weddings?
At this time, we do not do large scale weddings!
We do provide photography services for small ceremonies, receptions/parties, and court house ceremonies!
